How it works

1. Download the iCare+ App on your android or apple device and register your patient profile.
Select your local iCare+ pharmacy*

2. Chat with a licensed health care provider.
Select your concern and answer a few diagnostic questions. This will allow our certified medical providers to provide the highest quality of personalized care.

3. Get the treatment plan you need.
If needed, prescriptions can be sent directly to our nearest iCare+ virtual health care center or local pharmacy. An iCare+ pharmacist may recommend scheduling a follow-up appointment for certain treatments and conditions.

*Home health test and remote patient monitoring services only available at iCare+ pharmacies. If you would like your prescription to be filled at a different pharmacy, please let your provider know during your telehealth visit.
