Coming Soon: PGx Testing on the iCare+ Platform!
Kelli Stovall
VP of Pharmacy Services
We’re excited to announce that PGx (pharmacogenomic) testing will soon be available on the iCare+ platform! This innovative testing provides pharmacists with valuable insights into how a patient’s genetic makeup affects their response to medications, allowing for more personalized and effective treatment plans. By incorporating PGx testing into your practice, you can offer tailored therapeutic options, enhance medication adherence, and minimize adverse drug reactions.
Ready to offer this service? IPC Digital Health has teamed up with Dr. David Kisor to provide an exclusive PGx Certificate program for IPC members at a discounted rate. This ACPE-accredited course offers 6 hours of continuing education. Learn more here.

Let’s help those patients!
Shannon Battle
Pharmacy Services Manager
One of the most common questions we receive amongst new iCare+ stores is “Why can’t I see my patients?”
The most common reason is simply because there are no patients yet registered to your store. When speaking with your patients, be sure to have them choose your store as preferred when they are enrolling in the iCare+ app. Once they do, you will see patients start loading into the “Waiting for Enrollment” tab.
*A suggested practice is to assign one member of your staff to check the platform 2-3 times weekly for new patients, and then review their profiles for successfully completed Telemedicine visits. This will allow your pharmacists the ability to complete a Telepharmacy Lite follow up within the allotted 7 days, thus ensuring your store additional revenue!
