This is a unique program designed for patients that need Telemedicine services, engagement with their local IPC pharmacist (Telepharmacy Lite), access to home health tests that can prove more cost-effective and as reliable as labs typically covered by insurance, necessary medical transportation and prescription savings.

How It Works:

  1. Download the iCare+ mobile app and Schedule an Appointment: You can always contact your local iCare+ pharmacy to learn more.
  2. Virtual Connection: Using your smartphone, tablet, or computer, connect with your healthcare provider through our secure Telehealth platform. Visit a Certified iCare+ Virtual Healthcare Center or do it from home.
  3. Receive Quality Care: Your healthcare provider will conduct a thorough virtual consultation, address your concerns, and provide personalized care recommendations.
  4. Prescriptions and Follow-Up: If necessary, prescriptions can be sent directly to your preferred iCare+ pharmacy (You have the option to send your prescription to any pharmacy outside of this network), and follow-up appointments can be scheduled with your pharmacist only, as needed.
  5. Labs: A variety of Home Health Test kits are available for cash purchase directly from your iCare+ pharmacy (based on availability).
