April 2025
Dear IPC Digital Health Community,
I am thrilled to share with you an exciting milestone for our company and the healthcare community by announcing the successful deployment of our iCare+ RPM Beta Program! This marks a significant achievement in our journey towards providing innovative, patient-centric solutions. We have been working diligently to ensure that our platform exceeds the needs of our provider network of pharmacists and physicians, along with patients throughout their communities, and it’s gratifying to see the impact being made.
In addition to the success of the Beta Program, I’m pleased to report that iCare+ Phase I is expanding at a remarkable pace with the addition of our 115th iCare+ Certified Virtual Healthcare Center! This achievement demonstrates the growing trust in our platform and the strong relationships we’re developing with our members and local healthcare providers who share our vision for improving patient care.
We are committed to pushing the boundaries of digital health and remote care, and this is just the beginning. Thank you for your continued support as we work together to transform the future of healthcare.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue on this exciting journey!
Warm regards,

The Future of Pharmacy is Collaborative: It’s All About Connection
The iCare+ RPM tool lets you track patient health data—like blood pressure and glucose levels—from home. But the real power lies in collaborating with healthcare providers. By sharing insights with doctors and care teams, you can intervene sooner, adjust medications proactively, and keep patients healthier.
How do you get started?
Partner with Local Providers for RPM Services – Connect with clinics and physicians to show how RPM can enhance patient care. By establishing a formal collaborative practice agreement with local physicians and clinics, your pharmacy can use RPM to catch health issues early, ensure patients stick to their medication schedules, and improve overall care coordination. This agreement paves the way for sharing real-time health data, strengthening provider relationships, and adding reimbursable clinical services to your pharmacy business.
Train Your Team – Ensure your staff knows how to use the iCare+ RPM tools, interpret data, and communicate with patients and providers.
Establish a Workflow – Set up clear processes for sharing insights, following up with patients, and coordinating care.
iCare+ RPM isn’t just an extra service—it’s a way to integrate your pharmacy deeper into patient care. By leveraging iCare+ technology and healthcare collaboration, you can elevate your role, improve health outcomes for your patients, and expand your impact in community health.

New and Next
iCare+ Remote Patient Monitoring
As we dive into April, we are thrilled to share some exciting updates and progress from our iCare+ Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Beta program. With the success of our initial partnerships and the integration of innovative technologies, we are poised for even greater growth and patient engagement in the coming months.
Beta Pharmacies – A Snapshot of Early Success
Shriver’s Pharmacy Testimonial
We are pleased to report that Shriver’s Pharmacy has successfully enrolled 10 patients into the iCare+ RPM program and is a testament to the program’s growing success. The staff has handled multiple case escalations leading to fewer hospitalizations, increased patient compliance, and improved outcomes across the patient population. Due to the program’s success, Shriver’s is increasing their medical device count by an additional 20 units, showcasing the scalability of the iCare+ RPM model in independent pharmacy.
The training which Shriver’s health coach and pharmacist have completed has made them proficient users the iCare+ RPM dashboard and has enabled the iCare+ team to streamline this protocol for adding new pharmacies and additional health coach staff with future additions to the RPM network imminent.
Future Additions to the RPM Network
Town Crest Pharmacy in Iowa recently received their on-site training where they were educated on the iCare+ RPM policy & procedures, as well as the RPM dashboard allowing them to become the next pharmacy to help guide patients into the PRM program for their community.
Mo Town Pharmacy in Detroit is scheduled to complete the same training at the end of April, which will mark the third pharmacy to join the RPM network.
Greenville Pharmacy in PA is currently being credentialled and will act as our fourth RPM site and has been eager to help us continue the rapid growth we are experiencing with this program as we work through Q1 of 2025.
Exciting New Integration with Liberty Software
A major milestone in our Beta phase is the integration of iCare+ RPM with Liberty Software. This integration means that our RPM pharmacies will no longer need to log in to myicareplus.com, simplifying the process for both pharmacies and providers. Liberty Software’s seamless connectivity will enable better management and tracking of patient data, helping to streamline the process further and improve the overall experience for our pharmacy partners.
Looking Ahead – Growth and Opportunity
As we continue to onboard more pharmacies and expand the reach of iCare+ RPM, we are incredibly excited about the growth and opportunities ahead. With the iCare+ RPM dashboard providing an intuitive and user-friendly interface, our pharmacy partners can easily manage patient data, track progress, and offer personalized care more efficiently than ever before.
We are thrilled to watch all four of our pilot stores continue to thrive and grow rapidly and look forward to adding more participating pharmacies to the RPM network as we continue to improve the future of patient care across communities.
Stay tuned for more updates and successes as we continue to scale iCare+ RPM in April and beyond!

Bridging the RPM Gap
Over the last few weeks, we have made significant strides in improving the iCare+ experience; especially regarding Remote Patient Monitoring, we have worked diligently to build on and advance the underlying architecture that supports these unique programs under the iCare+ ecosystem.
For Phase 1, you may be familiar with our Telepharmacy Lite program, in which IPC will remit a clinical services remuneration fee to qualified IPC member pharmacies that follow up with patients receiving a prescription on the iCare+ platform.
As stores have become familiar with the workflow of Telepharmacy Lite, we are operationalizing this template into our RPM model to improve patient adherence and outcomes. The iCare+ brand has and will continue to focus on innovation and laying the groundwork for future program phases with current and past offerings, just like Telepharmacy Lite. Engaging with these two programs on the iCare+ platform simultaneously improves outcomes across different patient populations and unlocks new opportunities and revenue streams for your pharmacy, continuing to help member pharmacies become Future Ready.
