We’re proud to announce the launch of our Weight Loss Clinic, designed to offer a first-class solution to support your health goals. Customers can now sign up to learn more about this innovative program!
Here are some key qualifications and guidelines to help you determine if the Weight Loss Clinic is the right fit for you:
Qualifications:
Stores will be evaluated by the iCare+ Clinic Administrator to determine if they meet the requirements and engagement criteria for the program:
- Pharmacy must have deployed the iCare+ Virtual Health Care Center (i.e. Phase I).
- Pharmacy must complete the iCare+ weight loss onboarding form
- Must be dispensing the Semaglutide compound directly from the store to patient.
- Must be able to receive a prescription by fax.
Pharmacy Rule of Engagement:
- Must be an iCare+ Virtual Health Care Center.
- Must have completed the “Weight Loss Clinic” Onboarding Form.
- Must have a “Live” Weight Loss Program, that is active, where the pharmacy is educating patients about weight loss.
- Must be dispensing the Semaglutide compound directly from the store to patients.
- It does NOT matter if the store receives the compound from a third-party, so long as the final distribution comes from the iCare+ participating member and is handed to the patient by the member.
- Member must guide patient in accordance with the patient Rules of Engagement.

Over the last few weeks, we’ve made some improvements to our user experience. We’re constantly on the move to ensure that you and your patients have the best experience possible on the iCare+ platform.
We’ve made some improvements on our platform to ensure that you and your patients have a smooth onboarding journey.
This month, we’re also excited to announce our two-way rides feature. Previously users were only able to book single rides on behalf of their patients. Now, users can book round-trip rides, triggered by the ride setup button in Ride.

Under Ride, a first leg will be dispatched at the designated time that you set; when the first leg is completed, the patient will receive an SMS from Uber prompting your patient to dispatch a ride when ready for the return ride.
To dispatch the return ride, your patient will receive instructions to send an SMS back to Uber to dispatch. In other words, the return leg of the journey is flexible and triggered by the patient (although pickup and drop-off are still designated by you).

Remote Patient Monitoring
We are excited to share that our RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring) initiative is progressing steadily and is now in the Beta phase, with an official launch slated for later this year. With continued interest from our members in the RPM offering through iCare+, we’ve rolled out four RPM Beta stores, where we are currently enrolling patients and refining the experience. As we work closely with participating locations, we will be visiting stores for in-person training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the program. Additionally, we will be launching a dedicated RPM blog soon to keep everyone updated on the latest advancements, success stories, and future plans. This initiative is a significant step forward, and we’re thrilled to see the positive impact it will have on our members’ health management. Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
