A Message from the President of IPC Digital Health
At IPC Digital Health, we celebrate innovation, perseverance, and the dedication our members bring to their patients every single day. This month, I’m thrilled to shine a spotlight on several pharmacies who are proving just how powerful the iCare+ platform can be when put into practice.
Union Pharmacy (Newton, MA) & New Health Pharmacy (Plantation, FL)
Both pharmacies have excelled with iCare+ Medication Delivery powered by Uber Direct. They’ve shown us that digital healthcare doesn’t have to follow the old playbook. By embracing the simple, built-in tools of iCare+, they’ve transformed delivery into a true business advantage while improving patient access and convenience.
Heart of the City Pharmacy & Westside Pharmacy (Grand Rapids, MI), and CWP-Montello (Montello, WI)
These pharmacies surpassed the incredible milestone of 1,000 paid, processed claims through iCare+ Script Pass. That’s thousands of dollars saved for patients, and valuable rebates earned by the pharmacy on every compensable claim. This is the exact impact we envisioned when we introduced IPC Digital Health, helping members create new cash alternatives and bring real balance to their business.
Shrivers Pharmacy (Ohio)
A true trailblazer, Shriver’s entered a collaborative practice agreement with a local provider and enrolled patients into iCare+ Remote Patient Monitoring. By leaning into best practices and putting pharmacists at the center of Remote Patient Monitoring, Shriver’s is leading the way in IPC Digital Health. Today, they’re now earning $450+ per month from a small sub-set of patients (10) suffering from High Blood Pressure, a powerful model for sustainable, pharmacist-driven care.
Our members continue to inspire us with their creativity and commitment. Innovation isn’t always easy, but it’s necessary. Together, we’re building a modernized care ecosystem that empowers pharmacists, enhances patient care, and proves that the future of healthcare is Digital.
Congratulations to all of these outstanding pharmacies and thank you to every member who continues to push boundaries on behalf of your patients.

Brand & Operations
October is American Pharmacists Month, and we’re excited to celebrate our amazing community pharmacists! They do far more than dispense medications—they’re trusted partners who keep our families and communities healthy.
At IPC, we’re proud to support pharmacists with tools that make their work even more impactful. Our iCare+ platform was created with pharmacists at the center. From our customized EMR that helps pharmacies support care plans, to RPM that strengthens a pharmacist’s ability to improve patient outcomes, iCare+ makes it easier to deliver the kind of care communities can rely on.
Speaking of the pharmacists we’re celebrating, we’re excited to welcome Kyle Beyer as the newest member of the iCare+ platform. I’ve known Kyle for years and watched him grow into a highly accomplished multi-store pharmacy owner. His strategic vision and commitment to advancing patient care will be embraced, and we look forward to the impact he’ll make as our newest digital health committee member!

Remote Patient Monitoring
October is National Pharmacy Month, a time to celebrate the difference pharmacy providers make every day. From medication counseling to clinical services and now digital health, your work keeps patients healthier and communities stronger.
Since launching iCare+ RPM, we’ve seen pharmacy providers expand their role, staying connected with patients, catching health changes early, and improving outcomes from home. NCPA’s 2024 Digest noted that over 70% of independent pharmacies are adding enhanced clinical services, with RPM and CCM among the fastest-growing because they fit perfectly with the pharmacy’s role as an accessible care hub (NCPA, 2024).
This month is about celebrating you and looking ahead. As pharmacy continues to grow beyond the counter, digital health solutions like RPM give you new ways to engage patients, improve outcomes, and strengthen your business. Every step forward makes your role even more essential in community health.
While you celebrate your wins this month, take one more step toward the future, complete our RPM Intake Form and get future ready with iCare+ RPM.
